Any chair.
Any shop. Anytime.
Open Chair is how La Fama works: get FAMA Certified once, then claim any free chair in any of our shops and start cutting — like going online. No rosters. No fixed shifts. Just you, your clippers, and a live map of open seats.
From application to Open Chair
One path, four steps. Certification is the job — once you've earned it, every chair in the club is yours to claim.
Apply
Tell us who you are and show us your work. A shop manager reviews every application personally.
Induction
A paid trial period in one shop — shadowing, supervised cuts, and the La Fama standards checklist: cut quality, hygiene, timing, client care.
FAMA Certified
Manager sign-off makes it official. The certification is your key to the whole network — and your name on the wall.
Go online
Open the chair board, claim a free seat at any shop, check in and cut. Work next to whoever else claimed a chair that day.
